Psalm 91: 1-2 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, In Him I will trust.
In this world you will see troubles. But take heart! Jesus has overcome the world (John 16:33). Friends, we sometimes are bombarded with news of conflicts, natural disasters, diseases and new strains of drug- resistant viruses. Sometimes, we got hurt by people around, disappointed by friends. We ask: “Is there a place where I can take refuge from the world of disappointment, betrayal, and even disasters?” The answer for you today is, yes, there is! Jesus is your hiding place where you can always dwell in. God foresaw all these things and He has promised in His Word protection from every evil known to man. There is no trap set by Devil that our Father in heaven cannot deliver us from, if we trust in Him and take Him as our hiding place. This promise is in Psalm, 91.
Whether how big is the thunderstorm today or how bad the earthquake of life is, God says, “You shall never be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.” (Psalm 91: 5-6).
Simply when you have made Him your hiding place, angels are watching over you right now (Psalm 91: 9-11) They give heed to the voice of God’s Word, so you should give voice to God’s word. This means that you should agree with and speak what God’s Word says about His preserving and protecting you. When you agree in the Word of God, angels are sent to minister into your life (Hebrew 1: 14).
Brothers and sisters, don’t think or say that “if it can only happen to them, it can also happen to me!” If the disease has dragged my grandparents, it can also happen to me! It is inheritance.” No! Why? Because God has given you a promise saying, “A thousand may fall at my side and ten thousands at my right hand, but it will not come near me!” (Psalm 91: 7). The world says that you cannot but expect danger all around. God says, “You are in this world but not of this world. You have My protection because you are of Me and in Me” (John 17: 14-23).
Today, you have access by faith into the hiding place of the Most High God where no evil can touch you. There is no need to fear living in the end times because the Lord is your refuge and fortress. His word says so. And those who trust His Word completely will find His Word completely true!

Psalm 112:4
Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man.
Everyone goes through times in life that seems dark and heavy. You may be going through something difficult right now, and you don’t see how it could ever work out. You don’t have the ability, you don’t have the funds, you don’t know which step should you take and you don’t know what you should do next. The problems may look insurmountable. The problems may look much more bigger than anything that you can solve with your ability.

Proverbs16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.
Dear friend, no matter what you are facing in life, commit to the Lord knowing that He has the best in store for you! He is the great planner of your life. He is the best producer who works all things out for your good. So is okay even if you are encountering hardship and failure, just submit to the Lord who loves you so much. No matter is big thing or small stuff, just commit to the Lord whatever you do, because He cares for you. All that matter to you is matter to Him.
Remember to surrender everything in God’s control knowing that He has the great plans for us in life. So do not give up, do not lose hope. What you cannot do, God can! What you think is impossible, it is possible in God.
Let go and let God, stop worrying, stop striving, stop struggling, but to trust in the Lord who is faithful and loves you with unfailing love, you shall see things turn to be good because of Him.
Amen!

Ephesians 1:7 -In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
Redemption, or rather some called it ransom, carries meaning of buying back, to obtain the release of by paying a certain price, and to deliver from sin and its consequences. So to look at this verse, it tells us that IN HIM we have bought back through His blood! We were bought back through His blood! IN HIM we obtained release of by paying a certain price through His blood! IN HIM we are delivered from sin and its consequences through His blood! Can you relate that? How wonderful to know that through the blood of Jesus, we were bought back with a price, we obtained release and most importantly is, we are delivered not only from sin but also its consequences!

Proverbs 18:10- The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe.
Many times when problems hit us upside down, we tend to be so distress that we do not what we should do. Or sometimes we are looking at several ways to solve everything. But don’t you realize that the more you try to achieve and solve everything, the more frustrated you are?
Therefore, there is one name that you ought to call upon to! And this name is no other name but JESUS CHRIST.

Ephesians 1:5-6
having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
I love to say this, we were once the sons of the world, and having Satan as our father as he is the father of this world. We were once living in darkness, losing our identity, and living a life below of the standard that God wants us to live. We were blinded and not sober minded, we were conforming to the pattern of this world, we were living our lives hopeless and did not have any excitement. But thanks to be our Father in heaven, He predestined us to be adopted as His sons by Jesus Christ to Himself. It is never our own effort that made us adopted to His kingdom, but BY Jesus Christ, we are adopted to God! Right now, your father has changed from the moment you accept Jesus, your Father is God, the creator of heaven and earth, the creator of you and I.

Ephesians 1:4 – just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.
The verse before Ephesians 1:4 is Ephesians 1:3 saying that “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.” To link both of these verses together, it became, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ JUST AS He chose us in Him BEFORE the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.” All the spiritual blessing that you have today is never by your own achievement! Sometimes it might seems to be natural and nothing special, you feel as if it is so natural that you yourself is achieving it, but do you know that even before the creation of the world He has already blessed you?

2 Corinthians 6:18 – I will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.
There are a lot of people today think that God is really someone that is far away, majority of the Christians are living in religion consciousness rather than God consciousness. Many will think that God is a dictator that demands a lot and wants us to serve Him like a slave. But a thousand times no! If you are to know who is your God, you are to go back to the bible and search and understand your Father. He is definitely a loving Father that wants to have relationship with you rather than having a religion with you. Therefore He said, I will be a Father to you.

2 Corinthians 3:16- But whenever anyone turns to the Lord,
the veil is taken away.
Today in our lives, we have been putting up so many veils along the journey.
When we are facing financial problems, we will be putting up the veil of self pitying; when we are facing health issues, we will be putting up the veil of stress; and even when we heard critics about us, we will put up the veil of condemnation. But my friends, do you know that that is not the life that God meant for you to have? You are supposed to lift up your head, be strong and courageous, and be confident in front of God!

John14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Dear friend, do you know that you have the best gift in life given by Jesus? He understands what we encounter, He knows that in all circumstances, the most important thing we all need to have is the peace that rules in our heart (Col3:15). Therefore, He has given us the peace that we need in life. Regardless how stormy situation might seem to be, no matter how hard things seem to be, perhaps circumstances are overwhelming you, friend, hold on to Jesus and do not give up! Do know that because of Jesus Christ, you are the righteous one. And in Isa32:17-18 say that “the fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever. My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” Therefore, be confident that you can have peace in life and live a peaceful life knowing that you have Jesus behind the scenes who enable you to do all things through Him who gives you strength!
In Him, you have peace! In Him, we have all that we want and all that we need!
