心脏病得保守，靠主恢复健康 Protected from Heart Attack & Restoration of Health!

Since joining HPC in early 2016, I only partook Holy Communion on Sunday when attending the service. However, I found the importance of knowing who I am in Jesus today as per all sermons preached by our pastors.
自从在2016年参与了大祭司教会以来，我只有在主日聚会时才领受圣餐。但是，借着牧师的讲道，我更加了解了我在耶稣基督里的真实身份的重要性。
I followed and took up this issue in remembering verses and jotting them down in my notebook. I also spend time in the Word by declaring Psalms 23 and Psalms 91 daily. Every morning before I leave for work, I pray to the Lord for a safe day ahead and to be with me in all that I do and took Holy Communion before going to office. By and by, I do notice that my daily life had change; I can see light have shed in every areas of my life!
我捉住了这个重点，并默想揣摩经文，把它们记在我的笔记本里。我也花时间在神的话语里，每天宣告着诗篇23及诗篇91.每一天上班之前，我祷告神保守我出入都蒙福，所做的一切都有恩惠慈爱同在，我也领受圣餐。渐渐地，我发现我的日常生活变得不一样，在我生命中的各个方面，我都看见光在照耀着！
On the 26th April 2019 early morning, I woke up from my sleep with a sharp chest pain. The first thing was to call upon the Lord to help me. Praise the Lord that the pain subsided a few minutes later and I returned to sleep. This issue went on nightly at the early hours in the morning. However on the 2nd May 2019, I woke up again with a very sharp pain and being breathless. After consulting doctor, he was not able to furnish me with a firm result of my case, but the blood test shown a result of a heart attack.
在2019年4月26日凌晨，我从胸口剧痛中惊醒。我第一时间求告主耶稣来帮助我。感谢主，疼痛几分钟后消失，而我又继续入睡。可是，这事情几乎在每一个清晨都重复着。在5月2日那天，我又从强烈的疼痛中惊醒，并且感到呼吸困难。在给医生诊断过后，他无法给我一个明确的诊断结果，但是验血报告却是显示出有心脏病的迹象。
To cut the long story short, my family and I sought second opinion and the result was 90% blocked of my artery during the first check. After referring to another cardiac doctor by the doctor, he found two more arteries blocked, a 95% and a 70 to 80%. After seeing my report from the first specialist, the doctor was surprised that I can pull through as it was a heart attack, and I knew I was protected because Jesus is with me! Prior to all these checkups and results, I also really thank the Lord for protecting me during our trip in Singapore despite of my condition!
长话短说，我的家人与我寻求另一个医生的意见，在第一次检查结果显示，我的大动脉有90%的阻塞。在询问了另一位心脏科医生的意见之后，他发现了另外两条血管也阻塞了，分别是95% 及 70至80%。 当医生看了我第一次的诊断报告后，他惊讶的表示我竟然可以承受这一切，因为那是心脏病发作！但是，我真心晓得这是主耶稣在保守我，是祂与我同在！在这一切的检查及结果之前，即便不晓得自己的状况，但我真的很感谢主在我去新加坡的旅游期间，保守着我！
While waiting from 20th May to 10th June, which was the surgery date, I daily partook Holy Communion with my daughter at home. Besides that, I spent time reading and reciting bible verses throughout this period of time. It was a successful surgery! After the surgery, we continue to eye on Jesus by partaking Holy Communion at home. Though the doctor said normal recovery takes about 3 months, but I recovered speedily around 1 and a half month, and went back to work!
在5月2日至6月10日的等待期间，一直到动手术的日期，我每一天与我的女儿在家里领受圣餐。除此之外，在这段时间里，我也花时间读神的话语，默想及宣告它。手术非常的成功！手术之后，我们继续的透过圣餐来仰望耶稣基督。根据医生，手术后身体正常的复原需要三个月的时间，但是我却在一个月半的时候就迅速地复原了，并且可以返回工作岗位！
All glory and honor to my Heavenly Father who has supply to me in every area of my needs. His love has eradicated every fear, He is my protection and I receive healing for my body and restoration for my heart!
一切尊荣与荣耀都归于我们天上的父，祂使我生命中的每一个部分都得着供应。祂的爱除去了一切的惧怕，祂是我的保护，祂医治了我的身体，并恢复我的心脏！
