我们不至消灭，是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱，是因祂的怜悯不至断绝。每早晨这都是新的；你的诚实极其广大！-- 耶利米哀歌3：22-23
每一天都是享受的日子，每一刻都是享受的时刻。也许对许多人来说，日子是一种煎熬，时间是一种无奈，但当我们有了耶稣，却是一种享受。
当犯了错，或是面对困境，消极悲观的人，是杞人忧天，积极乐观的人却把它当作转机；消极悲观的人一味的钻牛角尖，乐观积极的人会把沮丧变成力量，重新出发。
其实你我都活在相同的大环境里，都会遇见顺境或逆境。但无论情况如何，相信上帝与我们同在，就不会失去对生命的盼望与热忱。 每一天都是享受，因为都是上帝的恩典，我们还有生命气息，可以看见日出日落，享受上帝所创造的一切美好。这都是新的出发，新的美好，崭新的祝福，全心的一天。阿门！
以赛亚书65：17看哪，我造新天新地；从前的事不再被纪念，也不再追想。
Psalm 107:20- He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
Everything has it's source, a rice cooker cannot function without electricity,
a plant will not grow without good source of nutrients and water, likewise
if we cannot live without oxygen, as a child of God, we need the Word of God,
to sustain us and provide us. His word is life and spirit, it is our food and source of life,
we are unable to sustain without food for our body, likewise our inneran requires food, which
is the word of sustain!
The Word of God heals, be it physically or emotionally, so start to eye and meditate on His Word,
and you shall see your health being restored and your joy is the fullest! For God is faithful in keeping
what He has promised! Look upon His Word, your source, and you shall never be in want!
1 Thessalonians 5:18- in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Do you know that complaints and gossips can never help you? You will never find one time that as all the more you gossip,
as all the more you complaints, you will feel happy and relieve. Complaints and gossips will only tear your life apart, it never helps
but hinders you from moving forward. Therefore as a child of God, we are to understand that the heart of the Father is to see us
in everything give thanks, and rejoice always and pray unceasingly! He as a Father wants us to live life happily and being grateful!
Why? Because all things that we need pertain to life has already been given to us, and all that we need to do is to say thank you!
Instead of looking at the natural today and feel depressed, look at the supernatural! In everything, start to give thanks to the lord,
as you start to give thanks, praise flows, love flows and ultimately forgiveness also flows! Remember, one who knows how to give
thanks is one who knows who is his source.
耶 33：6 - 看哪！我要使这城得以痊愈安舒，使城中的人得医治，又将丰盛的平安和诚实显明与他们。
朋友们，很多时候我们在生活上会遇见很多的问题和挑战，也有很多的人被这些挑战搞得伤痕累累。有些人会变得气馁，有人会变得沮丧，有人会失望，有人会哀伤，也有人会失去平安，失去一切。然而，我们的创造者不愿意看见祂所爱的孩子们垂头丧气的，因此祂应许祂的孩子们每一个都能靠祂欢喜快乐。祂要医治一切的创伤，祂要让每一个神的孩子们都活在自由里，祂要祂的孩子们能够享受祂的创造，祂要我们每一个相信祂的人都活在丰盛的旨意里。
你知道吗？在神的国度里没有缺乏，没有忧伤，没有病痛，没有捆绑。祂的国里是充满喜乐，是大有平安，是健康的，是福杯满溢的，一切的好处都不在祂以外。而每一个凡口里承认耶稣为主，心里信神叫祂从死里复活的人，都在神的国度里，意思就是我们都能够享受祂所有一切的福分。当我们成为神的后嗣，就是应许承受祂一切的产业，而这产业是无限期，是永不磨灭的。
因此，让我们居住在神的圣所，享受祂的爱，享受祂的产业。今天，当我们听从及谨守遵行祂一切的话，我们必定在祂里面得享安静，不遭祸患。阿门！
哥林多前书2：9-10如经上所记：神为爱祂的人所预备的是眼睛未曾看见，耳朵未曾听见，人心也未曾想到的。只有，因为圣灵参透万事，就是神深奥的事也参透了。
上帝要把我们所带去的位置，所享受的美物，是我们从來都沒有想像过的，祂創造了我們，就必引领我们，看顾保守我们。以弗所书1：3说天上一切属灵的福气都已经倾倒在你我生命中了。无论你在哪里，不能只安於現狀，待在那裡，祂有更大的恩典与指望在你身 上，你相信神是滿有丰盛恩典的嗎？你相信祂是要赐福与我们的吗？
诗篇118：89 耶和华啊，祢的话安定在天，直到永远。
很多时，我们很轻易就被问题压倒，征服了，就怎样放弃了坚持。当我们专注在问题，就只会感受到生活有多么令人失望，使我们失去了冲劲，失去了服侍的热忱。但记得神的话语是安定我们的力量，而我们必须花时间与精神去默想祂的话。如果总是专注在眼前的問题与难处，就很容易會陷入低落的光景中；但，当你專注於神的应许，你必有不一样的看见！
Psalm 18:50- He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing love to his anointed, to David and to his descendants forever.
Do know that the moment when you accepted Jesus as your personal lord and saviour, your identity in Christ has changed!
You are no longer who you thought you were, but you are now who God says! God says that you are righteous, you are lovely,
you are cleansed and removed from all sins and iniquities, you are his beloved, you are healthy and prosperous! Furthermore,
God called you as king! For He is the king of all kings, you are the king! Therefore, he has promised to give you great victories,
and in fact He has already given two thousand years back, he never fail in showing you His unfailing love. Hence, from day to
day, start to give praise and give thanks, knowing that Jesus has fought the victory for you, and all you need to do is to enjoy
all the spoils and the fruits of the victory that He has brought back to you! Enjoy His love today, know that in His love, there is
power, there is security, there is no fear.
使 2：46 - 他们天天同心合意恒切地在殿里，且在家中擘饼，存着欢喜、诚实的心用饭。
我们在世上身为神的孩子，就应当存着敬畏神的心，遵守神的命令。神其中的命令就是要我们彼此相爱，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心。因为合一的灵在我们的生活中扮演者非常重要的角色。若神的孩子们没有合一的灵在当中，就会纷争结党，就会起争执，就容易上了魔鬼挑拨离间的当。不但如此，身为神孩子的我们不只是在言语上要合一，在行为上更应当如此。每一个神的孩子理应是能够坐在一起，欢喜诚实的用饭，能够彼此交接，彼此掰饼，彼此代祷，彼此扶持的。因为我们合一不是用口说而已，乃是要行出来。
朋友们，为什么合一的灵那么重要？因为我们都是主的肢体，每一个神的孩子在神的国度里都扮演着非常重要的角色，不是可有可无的，而是神所看重的，是神所恩膏的。而每一个肢体都有自己的长处和短处，因此神造我们彼此要互相配搭，互相鼓励及建立，好让每一个肢体能茁壮成长，把荣耀归给父。
所以，让我们每一个神的百姓同心合意的让神的肢体一同茁壮的成长，让我们是在主里同心，彼此帮助，以神的爱互相联络。阿门！
Hebrews 13:6 - The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid, What can mere mortals do to me?
Today know that fear is never from God. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but the spirit of power, love and sound mind!
Therefore, regardless what are the things around you that makes you fearful, remember there is always a remedy for fear.
Fear and faith are totally enemies, they are opposite. You can't say you have faith and yet having fear at the same time.
However, you are to know that fear is believing in the lies of the devil while faith is believing the word of God.
Be conscious of His presence in your life today, knowing that the Lord is your helper, you will not be afraid!
How wonderful to have Jesus as your Helper, He helps you in your situation, in your challenges and in all problems that you face!
You see, when Jesus helps, no man can withhold! Therefore, you can be still and do not be afraid, for what can mere mortals do to you?
What can sickness, what can lack, what can problems, what can mountains do to you when Jesus is by your side and He is helping you!
So move on today, having faith in Jesus, and you will see deliverance!
歌罗西书 4:6 - “你们的言语要常常带着和气，好像用盐调和，就可以知道该怎样回答各人。”
今天不论在哪里，要记得我们是那至高神的儿女。我们是分别为胜，要兴起发光的。当人看到我们的时候，他们就看到神。当人看到我们，他们要赞美神。 所以，我们的言语要充满恩典，用盐调和。开始赞美我们身旁的人吧！一句“你很棒！”或是“谢谢！” 都可以建立一个人。所以，让我们不要吝啬这样行，因为这样的行为可以改变一个人的生命。 与其埋怨，让我们感恩；与其说挫败的语，让我们说胜利的话语；与其告诉人消极的话语，让我们一起积极起来。就算面对问题，就算前面的高山再高，我们都因信耶稣基督的大能，对着大山说话，使它挪移。
朋友们，我们是被召成为那不一样的；是被召兴起发光的。今天，欢迎圣灵来引领我们舌头上的话语，让我们所说的每一句话都是建立人，造就人，而不是拆毁人的。好让一切的荣耀都归于神！阿门！
Mark 5:36- Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him "Don't be afraid, just believe."
Faith drains and causes you to stagnant but faith in Jesus empowers you and leads you moving on!
Always remember that the Word of God has promised you that He will never leave you nor forsake you,
He said He will not fail you, He will not give you up and He will not leave you without support!
How great it is to find support in Him instead of men, how wonderful to know that when men can fail you
and give up on you, but it will never happen on Jesus! That's how much He loves and concerns!
Therefore, have faith in Jesus that He has your best interest in heart, He will surely do whatever that He has
promised, and all you need to do is to follow your Great Shepherd and in the presence of your enemies,
He shall prepare a six course dinner for you! (Psalms 23:5)
太 17:20 耶稣说：是因你们的信心小，我实在告诉你们，你们若有信心像一粒”芥菜种“，就是对这座山说：你从这边挪到那边，他也必挪去，并且你们没有一件不能作的事了。
亲爱的朋友，你可曾见过芥菜种？其实他是在那么多的种子中算为小的种子，但是他所栽种出来的树却是比其他的树都来得更大。
所以可想而知，当耶稣将信心形容成芥菜种时，就是预表着我们的信心虽然看似渺小，但是当我们开始将这渺小信心的种子撒在好土上时，他必然长成大树！
今天我们的信心源头能取自哪里呢？就是神的话。因为信道是从听道来，听道是从基督的话来的。（罗10:17）
所以，让我们的心是那块好土，相信并领受神的一切应许，得以栽种神的话在我们的生命中，让我们生命里那芥菜种的信心得以茁壮成长。
不管生命中有什么样的波浪，就让耶稣这掌舵的来掌权。
纵然有时我们看不见前面的路要怎么走，我们只管跟随我们的好牧者-耶稣，因为他必引领我们到宽阔的草地上和可安歇的水边。
无论前面的大山有多大，凭着相信耶稣，命令生命中的大山挪开吧！
永远记得，在耶稣那里没有难成的事！
不要怕，只要信！
Mat 17:20 He replied," Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as the mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.
Dear friend, have you ever seen a mustard seed before? In fact it is consider as small among many seeds, yet when it grows, it is bigger than many trees.
So when Jesus describes our faith as a mustard seed, it means that though our faith seem to be small yet it is so powerful and it can becomes a big tree when we sow it on the good soil!
Today where is the source of our faith? Is from the Words of God. Because faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.（Rom10:17）
Therefore, let our heart be a good soil, believe and receive the promises of God, able to sow the words of God in our life so that the mustard seed of faith in our life can grow well.
No matter how strong the storms might be, let Jesus take the control.
Though sometimes we might not know how to move on, but we are to take heart and just follow the good shepherd-Jesus, for He will surely leads us to the green pasture and the stream of living water.
Regardless how big the mountain could be in fornt of us, believe Jesus by faith and command the mountain to move away!
Always remember that in Jesus, nothing is too hard!
Do not fear, just believe!
以赛亚书 40:29 - “疲乏的，祂赐力量；软弱的，祂加力量。”
今天，你在主里是刚强的。你有神的力量。你是刚强，可以继续前进，成为神要你成为的人。 就是少年人也要疲乏困倦，强壮的也必然跌倒；但那等候耶和华的，必从新得力。他们如鹰展翅上腾，他们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏（以赛亚书 40：30-31）。
你今天所需要的是在主里有盼望。有盼望的意思是，你要有信心期待好的事情即将来到，因为神可以做你所不能做的。当你把你的盼望放在神身上，专注在祂能够为你做的，以及祂为你所就就的， 你就不会再疲乏，而是刚强。你就会看到你自己如鹰展翅上腾， 奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏！
今天，相信好的事情必定来到，我们的盼望在于神。我们知道神与我们同在，虽然在肉眼来看是不可能的事情，但是在神凡事都可能。神为我们所做的是超过我们所求所想的，并知道耶稣已经为我们成就了医治，已经把富足给我们，我们所需要的，因着耶稣的完工，都已经加给我们了。所以，朋友们，当我们靠着耶稣基督，我们必如鹰展翅上腾，我们奔跑却不困倦，行走却不疲乏。阿门！
诗篇20：7 有人靠车，有人靠马，但我们要提到耶和华我们神的名。
圣经中，当扫罗及以色列军队面对巨人歌利亞的骂阵时，他们觉得这巨人就是这么强大，他们是沒有办法可以打败他的。就在这时一名年轻的男子大卫，只有17岁，卻是胆大无惧。面对歌利亞，大家都说巨人很强大，根本没有机会赢，大卫却说：「这未受割礼的非利士人，他是谁呢？竟敢藐視神的军队」？ 虽然眼前所见，大卫肯是输定的，但他却相信他的神必使他得胜。纵然周围的人都轻看他，认为他瘋了，他是不可能打倒歌利亞的，他只不过是个弱小子，根本没有任何作战经验。
但大卫不把歌利亞放在眼里，而是將眼光定睛在神身上。大卫不惧怕，因为他知道他的上帝有多大！他沒有向歌利亞低头，沒有！因为他知道他已经得胜利了！他是靠着耶和华神的名得胜。啊们！
如果你想打破旧習惯，改变你的生活，首先你要先战胜你心里的巨人。不管你面對的是什么，或是现在一无所有，看不见未来，你都要開始转移眼光，改变想法，并宣告勝利。不要告訴世界你的問題有多大， 告訴他们你的神有多大！宣告得胜，带着自由和祝福向前迈进吧！上帝的祝福正在等着你！
马可福音 11:23 我实在告訴你們，無論何人對這座山說：『你挪開此地，投在海裏！』他若心裏不疑惑，只信他所說的必成，就必給他成了。
1 Peter 2:24- “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
Christ is your Healer. In other translation it says, Jesus' wounds made your healing.
How wonderful is that statement! You'll know that it is not the doctor who makes your healing,
not even the medicine, not how good and perfect is your diet plan, but you're healed because Jesus'
wounds made it! At the cross, He bore your disease, your curses, and all things that were caused by
the effects of sin! Because of Jesus, and His wounds, You already died to the fruits of sin, which includes
sicknesses; but live for righteousness, and guess what, the fruits of righteousness includes health and wholeness!
Read this verse again and again, meditate how Jesus' wounds have made your healing! by His stripes, you HAVE
BEEN healed! See yourself as what the Word sees you today!!
It is better to heed the rebuke of a wise person than to listen to the song of fools. (Ecclesiastes 7:5 NIV)
God's word is the source of wisdom today, if you need wisdom in your finance, in handling your
family, in your career, Jesus himself has became our wisdom!
Therefore, we are to be conscious and aware of it, thus trust that He is able to
lead us towards green pastures and direct our lives to the right direction!
My friend, Jesus is the wise man and so does His Word. Today choose to
listen to the Word of God and live your life in accordance to it! Stop listening to
the song of fools for it cannot give you life, the songs of fools only insert fear,
anxiety and lies to you, for only the Word of God is life and is spirit, giving you rest and peace!
腓 3: 13-14 - 弟兄们，我不是以为自己已经得着了，我只有一件事，就是忘记背后努力面前的，向着标竿直跑，要得神在基督耶稣里从上面找我来得的奖赏。
我们活在这世上，每一个人都有自己的人生目标。很多时候人往往都是在靠自己去达到自己的目标，但是却在这旅途上困难重重，总会面对许多的问题和挑战。而这一切常使人跌倒、沮丧、灰心、甚至放弃。朋友们，这世上的一切都会成为过去，无论再好或再坏，都总会有过去的一天。惟有神的话是永远长存，是昨日、今日，一直到永远都不会改变的。当我们面对问题时，总要仰望耶稣基督，要知道我们的神是坚固台，是磐石，是不能被动摇的国。当我们信靠神，我们的生命肯定不至羞愧。
其实从前如何已不再重要了，因为神要在我们的生命里开一条新的道路，是一条丰盛的路，是一条通往成功，通往荣耀的路。你知道吗？神定意爱我们，就爱我们到底。祂不止要把一切的产业给我们，祂的心意更是要我们活出盼望，活得精彩，好让我们的生命能把荣耀归给我们的父神。因此，靠着那加给我力量的，我们凡事都能做。（腓 4：13） 我们要勇往向前，因为知道神与我们同在，人能把我们怎样呢？有什么能使我们与神的爱隔绝呢？断乎没有！
所以朋友们，只管坦然无惧的大步向前走，要清楚地知道神给我们的旨意永远是祝福的，是有盼望的，是丰盛的，是得胜的！让我们积极地跟随主的脚步，并且走在主的旨意里，好让我们的生命是为主发光的。阿门！
犹大书1：24那能保守你们不失脚，叫你们无瑕无疵，欢欢喜喜站在祂荣耀之前的，我们的救主独一的神。
上帝给了你生命气息，所以你要爱惜生命，不要失控。当你吃不该吃的东西，讲消极的话，做不叫生命得着益处的事，控制不住情绪；这都是一种失控。它会带给自己，或是身边的人无法抹灭的伤害。但，减少失控，就能减低伤害的程度。
如同开车一样，要一直维持在车线道上，若偏离了，就会有危险。当你分心，就会偏左或偏右，你要随时调整，回到轨道上。我们的人生也是如此，有时会远离真理，没有以神为中心，这时刻，我们就要随时做调整，思念十字架的完工，思念耶和华的慈爱，而不是一直觉得我们的情况有多凄惨，困境有多难。今天要晓得，我们的人生是走在神旨意里，当你敬畏耶和华，耶和华必指示你当选择的道路（诗篇25：12）。
彼得后书1：10“所以弟兄们，应当更加殷勤，使你们所蒙的恩召和拣选坚定不移。你们若行这几样，就永不失脚。
要殷勤努力，坚固信心，稳定脚步，向着标杆直跑。握住你的人生，如同握住方向盘一样，你的生命在神手中，不是被世界的命运掌控。
Psalms 16:11- You will show me the path of life; in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Always remember that you are never alone. It is important to increase our consciousness of Jesus' presence in our daily lives,
as you are aware of His presence with you, things shall change! Every perspective, every challenges, everything shall turnaround
in the presence of God! Therefore, you are to practice His presence every single day, meditating scriptures, listening to His Word,
quoting scriptures, thinking about Him, praise Him and thank Him are all ways for you to practice His presence!
Instead of increasing the presence of your challenges, you are to increase the consciousness of His presence, then you shall
experience His presence! Remember, Jesus will show you the path of life, when you are in His presence, you enjoy fullness of joy!
Therefore, the next moment when you are down, increase your consciousness of His presence, knowing He is with you, at your side,
in you and He is working through you, and you shall enjoy the fullness of joy!
Psalm 121:7- The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;
Dear friends, remember that The Lord is with you, He will never leave you without
support or fail you! He has promised to keep you from all harm, and all you need to do
is to trust Him. Trusting Him simply means you do not fix your eyes on what is seen
anymore, but you fix your eyes on what is unseen. Trust Him that He will deliver you, and
He protects those whom He loves! He is your refuge and strength, He is your Helper, He will
keep you from all harms and evils. He watches over you, therefore know that you're in a good
hand, The Lord shall bless you no matter you're coming in or going out!
